Company Report

You can request a basic report on any company registered in the British Virgin Islands from us. For commercial organizations and foreign companies registered in the BVI, the report will include the following information:

  • company name
  • company number
  • company type
  • date of incorporation
  • status description
  • status date
  • current registered agent
  • current registered agent address
  • current registered office address
  • share/capital information
  • previous name history
  • transaction history
  • certificate history

A basic report on a Limited Partnership (LP) will include the following information:

  • LP name
  • LP number
  • status description
  • date of formation
  • current registered agent
  • current registered office
  • current registered agent telephone/fax number
  • previous name history
  • transaction history
  • certificate history

Additionally, the basic report includes information about the documents available for order. You can find them in the «Transaction History» and «Certificate History» sections. This allows you, for instance, to obtain information about mortgages and charges or historical data on directors. More details can be found here.

List of Directors

We can provide a list of directors for the company of your interest.

You will receive a file containing the following information:

  • Company number
  • Company name
  • Names of directors
  • Types of directors
  • Date of filling of the directors' list
  • Date of preparation of the directors' list

Like many of our other documents, you can order the list of directors in two formats:

  • Stamped — an electronic copy
  • Certified — a certified scanned copy

Memorandum and Articles

Every company must have a memorandum of association and articles of association that comply with the BVI Business Companies Act.

We can provide you with a copy of such a document for the company of your interest in two formats:

  • Certified Electronic Document
  • Uncertified Electronic Document

Certificates

Additionally, we can provide a wide range of certificates from the Registry of Corporate Affairs of the British Virgin Islands, including:

  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Certificate of Restoration
  • Certificate of Merger
  • Certificate of Consolidation
  • Certificate of Arrangement
  • Certificate of Continuation
  • Certificate of Discontinuance
  • Certificate of Dissolution
  • Certificate of Goodstanding

All certificates, except for the Certificate of Good Standing, can be provided in both Certified Electronic and Uncertified Electronic formats. The Certificate of Goodstanding is only available in the Stamped Electronic format.

For the company of your interest, not only information about directors, Memorandum and Articles, or certificates may be available. The full list of available documents for each specific company can be found in the «Transaction History» and «Certificate History» sections of the basic report, which we can prepare for you.
